The staff were always kind, friendly, helped with packaging and advice on many issues. My last visit disappointed me. Namely, the employee Lyudmila. A conversation in raised tones. I was hoping for help with the packaging, and in response I heard a categorical answer: "There are no other options. Come when the girl who served you is working" (she has already come and received help from other employees) I was very disappointed with the level of service.

As a result, I did not receive the total amount for the product, but only this percentage. I was lucky that the amount was small, and the buyer turned out to be a decent person. After this incident, I cannot trust the competence of your department's staff, as their mistake could have led to significant financial losses. I do not plan to use the services of this department from now on.
