Cons: - we received a large parcel (5 pieces of 20 kg each), having arrived at the entrance - the entire footpath was blocked (it was very uncomfortable for both me and the pedestrian) - the loading area was not cleared! - at the pick-up, one of the employees refused to move the parcel to the pick-up counter, and also forbade her colleagues to help me! I had to go behind the counter and move the goods myself. 😥 Thanks to the girls, they HELPED (this is a PLUS) , despite the insistent prohibitions of the old one too! - and finally, a broken leg was found!

Clean, cozy, good! The girls at the department are great, I serve them efficiently and quickly. I did not observe anything , although I visited the department at different times of work. I recommend it!
