Couldn't pick up the parcel. Since I live in a village and travel a long way is 30km. She sent her son to pick up a parcel, gave him her passport and gave him the parcel number. I haven't been able to pick up my transfer for 2 months now, because it always doesn't work. I arrived, and there was an announcement on the door that, for those reasons, they were working until 1 p.m. today. I arrived at 13.40 (knowing that lunch was from 14-15).
