I would like to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the quality of service that I regularly experience when visiting your department. In particular, my attention was drawn to the behavior of an employee named Julia. Unfortunately, her professionalism raises serious questions. There is a systematic negligence in the performance of their duties, which is manifested in constant and prolonged conversations on a personal phone during customer service. This not only distracts the employee, but also creates an extremely unpleasant atmosphere for visitors. In addition, Julia's behavior often borders on rudeness. The unfriendly tone, lack of basic politeness and disdainful attitude towards customers make every visit to the department a real challenge.
