I don't recommend it to those who just want to go relax without any hassle. Those who are willing to stand in queues for several hours and try to understand how everything works here, while listening to rude and non-helpful staff, are welcome. Answer one question - why do you need people's personal data and passports? Even in the better and larger parks, there is no such "check" that doesn't even work properly! Admission is free, but it's a hassle. Nonsense.

It's a good park, but it's in the wrong hands. The rules say one thing, but at the entrance they say another. We asked the operator, he allowed it, but he wouldn't let us in at the entrance. We stood in line for an hour in the cold! We went to the administration, the admin started talking such nonsense that we were horrified. They wrote a complaint and a suggestion in the book, but the book is not numbered. They can easily tear off a page. It was 11/22/2025. We were traveling from far away, and here we are so disappointed. I will say one thing. Thank you to the president, but unfortunately his ideas and orders are not being implemented.

Normally they don't let you into the rides, there wasn't a word about the food, but then they get rude! It was written on the rules that the escorts are 16 years old and older, but inside they say that you can not be under 18!! Abnormal employees are always rude, the same thing about residents, even when there are practically no people being pushed on purpose, and the main thing for employees would be to get their salaries, it's just terrible, the attractions are not so reliable, what is the state watching??! Change the staff to normal people, and the rides too
