Unfriendly. No attention to rooms but nice view. Rooms neglected and not very clean. I recommend the other Yes Hotels but not this one.

The apartments look alright but the walls are thin. The service is very bad by the reception. Simple customer care and service is not available.

So, i checked in to this Hotel on October 19th 2024. It was my first time visiting Russia. I didnt know what to expect because I’m a child of “lesser God” (African decent). Fast forward, i met a receptionist by the name Kira. She made me feel welcomed and her hospitality gesture created an enviroment of “Home sweet home!” What a beautiful soul. She made me feel welcomed to the the Hotel and Moscow at large. Despite the hotel being a budget place, the hospitality and ambience is top notch. This is definetly my “home” whenever i travel to Moscow. To Kira, keep up doing a fantastic work at the reception. Ahead looks brighter and better! #love #stay #home #ye’s Mitino
