I visited this institution with my daughter today and was very pleased. A wonderful, cozy and most importantly quiet place, especially in contrast to the city center, with a few but friendly staff. Everything was surprisingly delicious, fast, and I didn't want to leave for a long time. My daughter said that she liked everything very much.

We ordered Yandex delivery, in general, yes, people are right, the picture and reality are very different. Burgers taste like a homemade sandwich . Dry and cold. Personally, I have a complaint about my pepperoni burger, which for some reason had a regular servelat instead of pepperoni. The second double cheeseburger patties weren't bad, but the cheese wasn't melted well, there was little sauce, and the classic thing was that it was all cold. The guy didn't like two burgers at all and said we won't order any more. I hope you're reading all this and taking note, we need to do something about it, the level is very far from mac or burger king.

The place is nice and tidy, but the food is a nightmare, the coffee is disgusting (I've never tasted anything worse than this coffee). We ordered a burger with two cutlets, but in the end there was one (we took it to take away) because of this , of course , we did not return . I don't recommend this place. Everything is clean and nice. There is a play area for children. Clean toilets. Polite staff. The cooking time is normal. But, I'm just shocked by the burgers! The burger does not match the order photo. I ordered "yes! cheese" for 11p. they offer to buy another burger for 5 kopecks. As a result, you get tiny burgers that you eat in 4 bites, a man will eat in 2 bites, and naturally you don't overeat. Besides, both burgers were terribly sour. Maybe this place is designed for small children... but definitely not for adults.

The first and last time in this institution. I ordered through the mobile app, everything is OK with that. Ordered yes!bacon burger... It's quite beautiful and big in the photo. In fact, it's a small burger that doesn't even have bacon in it. I came back, they told me to sort out the burger myself, and at the same time they found out among themselves that they had definitely added bacon. As a result, the burger was replaced. But while they were doing this, all the other positions cooled down and turned into mush (I ordered a roll). Not the whole order was replaced, but only the burger.

The next day, the wait was 20 minutes. Avtodrive, of course, implies that a person does not have time to wait, he is in a hurry somewhere and wants to have a snack, and not sit in the car and wait for someone to serve him. Here, to our indignation at such a long wait, the answer came: "If you don't want to wait, don't order. We are not forcing you." Customer orientation is just at zero. And as for the workload, the hall is half-empty. What kind of workload are we talking about then, where does such a long wait come from?) They wanted to find out what kind of burgers they had, but to go and get such an expectation, and even more so the answers from the staff, sounds like humiliation. The desire to visit this institution has disappeared completely. For a moment, after this situation, we stopped at Burger King and the order was given to us within 5 minutes. I'm not hinting, but just compare.

Be sure to try the cheeseburgers, they are good. But I wish the burgers were hotter. I also liked the box of French fries with chicken popcorn - they pour sauces (bbq and mustard). Good fast food! We visited this place on the opening day and were disappointed. At first, we faced a huge queue at the checkout, but we decided to use electronic terminals - and it was a mistake. The first terminal "chewed up" our order without issuing a check, the second one hung up due to the expired check tape. When we contacted the administrator, instead of helping, we received rude demands to show payment confirmation from the phone, although this information should be in their system. After 20 minutes of checking, our order was found, but they asked us to wait and didn't even apologize. In the end, we waited 2 hours! When they politely asked about the readiness, it turned out that the order was "lost" in the queue. We received food only after 2 hours and 20 minutes. The most annoying thing is that the quality did not meet either expectations or the price. We ordered the most expensive burgers, but they were dry, small and tasteless. The gift burgers for the promotion did not save the situation. The first time, and definitely the last. 1 star just for trying. I don't recommend this place to anyone, especially considering the prices and the level of service.
