I was pleasantly surprised, there are no queues, it's clean, the air conditioners are working, the electronic queue is too. Competent staff will check, consult, immediately understand what is needed and clearly explain what, how, where and why, they know at least two languages well.

It was my first time, I didn't know what to expect! But, I am very grateful to the staff for their polite and attentive attitude! I solved my question as quickly as possible without unnecessary bureaucracy! Thank you, I have a pleasant impression!

The center is great. I arrived at three o'clock, there are no queues. AN EMPLOYEE OF THE UAPF, A VERY FRIENDLY GIRL, ELMIRA. She explained my question correctly and clearly. She also answered a couple of other questions and gave specific advice on where to turn. Over the past 10 years of contacting various services, this is the most delicate, intelligent, and competent place where I was accepted and given a lot of time. I wish all employees good health and well-being.
