If you complain about them a couple of times, you immediately switch to a low rating, and you will already be overcharged, if someone says wrong, it's a hoax, because it was checked by three people at the same time. And today I tried to call a taxi, and the system gave me the wrong location three times, after I adjusted the location, the system still set the wrong location. And when I wrote to the support service, they still charged money for calling the wrong place and said that my device had given out incorrectly, and when I said that I had adjusted the location, they just shut up and wrote that they were not to blame.

Irresponsible support service! It is impossible to contact the operator. The driver did not answer the call, when he received a call, he said that he could not speak Russian. They contacted him in Uzbek, but he still couldn't explain where he was and asked to cancel the call. It was 04/11/25. Car number 400937. On the next day, funds in the amount of 9999.0 soums were debited from my card. When I contacted the support service, they couldn't explain anything specific or intelligible - just general phrases. I won't use this app anymore, I don't recommend using others- you'll get bored.
