I recently started using Yandex Maps, and I must say it has transformed the way I navigate my city. There is no support. I took a scooter in March, which did not go, the money was written off for the start and for the time. Support allegedly figured out that they had a glitch on their side. They gave me a promo code for 10 free minutes, but I still couldn't use it, because this promo code was given to another account, even if I have one (although I'm not sure) but I use the main one, both taxi and kicksharing. Every time they write that they are looking into it, but the situation has not changed.

Disgusting support service.I ordered food from a restaurant.After the courier left, I discovered that one item was missing from the order, although this item was punctured in the receipt. I wrote to the support service 3 times!I was just ignored. Yandex Maps is an excellent service for navigation and route search. The app is easy to use, loads quickly, and provides accurate information about traffic, transportation, and travel time. I ordered the delivery of groceries from the store, and my correct address was saved in the app. When registering the gps, I put the wrong address on the neighboring house. I wrote to the courier about this and apologized for the fact that Yandex provided the wrong address. The courier only replied that this was a completely different address (it was a neighboring house where it was a 1-minute walk). As a result, they called me from support, I explained the situation, they told me that they would give it to the courier. But after resetting the call, the order was immediately canceled, and the courier took the package of products for himself) I did not see a refund, they answered my problem in the support service and in the mail: incorrect address. After that, I was completely ignored. All my applications were immediately closed with the message "rate our support team." If you can order something from Yandex, then only for cash, because online, in any situation, the money will not be returned to you)

My friends ordered the delivery. The courier delivered the delivery, but unfortunately not all of it. Some of the expensive products were missing. It was not possible to reach the courier by extension. The chat has been dead since then. It's a pity for Yandex, the only score is 1 because there is no 0. I don't recommend it, it's better to take the subway or bus yourself and pass it from hand to hand if something is important.

What a mess is going on in the support service. Specifically, I'm talking about a Yandex Plus subscription. There was a problem that I added a loved one to my subscription and it was clearly stated that it was completely free for him, there would be no charges. As a result, after a month, the money is debited from him exactly as much as I pay, although the subscription is the same and the card was not linked by a loved one. And the most interesting thing begins when he asks for support. In simple words, it doesn't exist at all, instead a bot sits and forwards you from chat to chat where the same prepared question-answer is, no living people who will help you, only a bot that will never help you in any way (it's just ideal for a company to make a machine that will take on all the hard work, and I don't care about ordinary users). I even found a phone number, dialed it, and oh my God, the same robot with the same voice responses couldn't reach a living person. I spent a lot of time on this, I thought maybe I should send them an email, but then I laughed and decided to just give up and unsubscribe altogether. Just a phenomenal service!

Disgusting support service work. There was an order in Yandex.Food. Instead of the stated hour, the food was cooked for more than an hour and a half. And then they also wrote that the delivery would take another 1.5 hours. When I asked how this was even possible, they offered to cancel the order. I agreed to cancel the order. But they don't want to return the money in any way. There is no support phone in the Republic of Belarus. There is also no book of complaints and suggestions, which in theory is a violation of legislation in the service sector.

I ordered food through Yandex delivery. From the poppy. The address is Nemanskaya 9. And Yandex decided to send a courier from the Pushkinskaya poppy, but not from the prytskogt Green. The delivery cost was the same as the order. The courier was late by 1h.20 min. The food is cold. To which Yandex gave the chicken 2p for the next order. The support service was unable to resolve the issue.

Write a review on scooters. They debit deposits of 10p from the card and then return them, but I have not seen a refund on the card for 2 times. If you want to spoil your evening, contact Yandex.Food. Disgusting app and quality of service. When ordering, one delivery time is specified, then it changes to +60-90 minutes without demand and warning. There is no way to cancel the order. The money is debited immediately. Tech support responds in general phrases and does nothing to fix the situation. The food should be delivered twice in 3.5 hours, initially it was indicated 35-40 minutes. It's a disappointment. I do not recommend it!

I ordered delivery in the evening. The amount of 10.50rubles is displayed to me. The courier has 15.50rubles. Then the psychotic couriers come, wait for free waiting, although the service is door-to-door and rudely communicate, saying that they will not come to pick up, then the incorrect display of amounts and couriers do not care what I have on my phone. It only matters what's on their phone. Tech support gave me a coupon, but it's not clear if it will work, because I don't find the correspondence as if it was deleted. Although the point of these coupons is if there are people in Yandex who cannot use the app correctly or communicate with people correctly.

The company is disgusting after realizing how they treat users. It is impossible to delete a product plus subscription, just as it is impossible to delete linked payment cards. It is impossible to contact at least support directly. It is calculated that stupidly pay and you will not do anything with them. After the first complaint, the subscription was turned off (even the paid period) and the linked cards were deleted, but after a month everything resumed and the plus subscription was debited from the card by default. It is easier to change a bank card than to rely on the decency of this one...
