Everything is fine in this institution: starting from the SMM (communication began in insta and, thanks to this, the visit took place). We booked a table in advance (a couple of hours before the visit). Although, considering that it's Friday night, there was a place for 4. Thanks to the order accepted in insta, the order was waited for about 15 minutes. The rolls were served in an original way (with smoke). Although this is possible when ordering from three types of rolls. But (again, thanks to the smm guy) everything worked out with two types of rolls. The third type we ordered was hot rolls. I've tried Pinsu for the first time and it's beautiful. The crunch of the crust was heard in Paris (even their baguette doesn't crunch like that)). She brought the wrong drink that we ordered, insisted that she had heard correctly, and also offered to listen to the video from the camera. Of course, we were taken aback by such arrogance, and we didn't listen to anything, although we are sure that we called everything correctly. At the same time, we were alone in the cafe, and it didn't take anything to ask the order again. An unpleasant aftertaste remained, despite the generally polite attitude.
