I have repeatedly contacted the Yalina workshop, 11 Russianova Street. I am very pleased with the staff and the level of service. Olga, who takes orders, is very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The girls will always advise you on how to make it better so that the customer is satisfied. The work is always done on time, efficiently and responsibly. It is clear that they are trying their best. I gave an old bag made of genuine patent leather for repair. It was necessary to replace the leather on the handles, but none of the other companies took on such work because of their inability and fear of repairing varnished materials. At Yalina on Russiyanova, a very pleasant, polite receptionist, Galina, took the bag on a day off and assured that the master would carry out such repairs without any problems and would contact me to clarify the details and after the repair was completed. She took the bag and was shocked by the filigree work, and thanked the master on the spot. The craftswoman is simply a sorceress and undertakes the most difficult repairs, flawlessly performing them. The administrators provide professional advice and leave only positive impressions. Thank you for your work!

I applied to this workshop in order to stitch a hend-made leather housekeeper from thick leather (they didn't even take it in other workshops). The friendly receptionist consulted and replied that they were ready to help me. The master did everything in 2 minutes, for which I am very grateful! In my opinion, this is a great workshop working for the client! The price tag was pleasantly surprised, only 5 rubles. for a very necessary service to me. A convenient and logical location in the household. Recommended!👍
