We were there a week ago. We thought the food would be really delicious, but as it turned out, we were mistaken. We went there because this place was next to Magic City. We wanted to eat khanym, but then we changed our minds and ordered a barbecue. There are no complaints about the barbecue — it was very tasty. BUT the service is just at zero, to be honest. When the waiter brought the food, he said there was no tea. But how is this possible? Tea should be in any establishment! Then we decided to order a compote. 10 minutes later, we saw the same waiter carrying tea to another table. What does it mean? The tables were also broken, we asked for them to be replaced, to which they replied that there were no others. As a result, when one table became vacant, we had to take it ourselves. After all this, we were unhappy and left.

Russian Russian At 21:19, I placed an order by phone on +998977010909, a girl took it, who clearly does not understand Russian, and then she called someone who speaks a little Russian. I gave the order, they sent me an invoice for payment, I paid through Payme, they confirmed that the payment was completed. And now it's 23:00 and still no delivery has been made. 1.40 minutes have passed. I called to find out the situation, but there was no girl there who understands Russian, and with my broken (unfortunately) Uzbek, I started asking what the problem was, they told me they didn't know anything! I asked them to put me through to the senior, to which they said yes, wait and hung up. Then I started calling back 10 times, but no one answered the phone! I really hope that the management will respond appropriately to this review and will be able to listen to all conversations by taking action! Keep the debited money for yourself, I don't understand why to do this! I will continue to order from others! I will definitely report this case to the media and on Instagram!
