Initially, there was a very loyal attitude towards this network, until a situation occurred with the replacement of a laptop under warranty for a new product. A laptop with the same parameters and at a similar cost was not presented in the store, of course, since almost a year had passed since the purchase and the store employee promised to provide information on replacing it with a similar one in terms of parameters and quality. Back in the store, we jointly looked at the products presented on the website and determined that there is a similar one - the same company, the same amount of 16/512 memory, additionally Win, the difference in processor and price. It was agreed that the employee would receive recommendations from the company and call back. The next day, we received a call that there was a laptop for exchange (i.e., the one we were looking at) without overpayments. I was happy to come to the store for a new one, the store employee showed the product, unpacked, launched - everything is fine, I take it. BUT! probably, by accident, I forgot to mention that the memory capacity of this laptop is not 516 (as it was in mine), but 236!!! Unfortunately, I only discovered this at home when I started downloading all the apps I needed.... How is it??? You are definitely able to lull the buyer's vigilance, but this affects the image of your company.... I do not recommend this store!!! and if you have already decided to buy something there, keep your eyes open!
