Отдыхали в данном отеле с 25.05.26 по 31.05.26. Сразу скажу, что начитавшись отзывов уже хотели отменить эту поездку, так как ехали с ребенком и на небольшое количество дней, не хотелось испортить отпуск ротовирусом. Однако, мы уже отдохнули, вернулись домой и хочу оставить отзыв для таких же мнительных, как я. Сам отель замечательный - большая территория, везде чисто, ухоженно Персонал - доброжелательный, всегда улыбаются, здороваются, спрашивают как дела, искренне интересуются как проходит отдых. К русским отношение абсолютно такое же, как к остальным, различия никакого не заметили и на себе ощутили доброту, отзывчивость По питанию все просто супер - разнообразие просто шикарное. Но так как перед поездкой мы начитались отзывов про ротовирус, то я сама мало что попробовала, но муж отметил замечательное приготовление мяса - говядина, баранина, курица, индейка и прочее. Каждый день на завтрак потрясающая красная рыбка, на ужин сразу при вас готовят тоже и красную рыбку, и другие блюда, а также большое разнообразие сладостей (турецкие, торты, пирожные и прочее). В ресторане все чисто, официанты/повара следят за чистотой - уж я за этим понаблюдала, поверьте) Пляж - песчаный, пологий, очень удобный. Мы приходили на пляж не рано, так как любим поспать и не торопясь покушать - всегда находили на нас троих свободные лежаки! Отметили для себя место в стороне, где смотрят рыбок с масками, там лежаки всегда есть Мы жили в номере с выходом к собственному бассейну. Номер просто супер, очень рекомендую) номер 8203. Даже купались в нем каждый день) в других бассейнах на территории отеля мы не купались, так как опять же таки боимся ротовируса)) У нашего номера бассейн не подогреваемый, но я вам скажу в это время температура моря такая же, поэтому мы не придали этому значение. Нам не принципиально, было и так комфортно. В номере убирали каждый день! Наполняли бар, приносили воду. Замечаний к номеру и обслуживанию номера нет совсем. Подводя итог всего сказанного - отдых подучился просто замечательный, ребенок и я с мужем довольны - накупались, вкусно покушали, отдохнули, погуляли по территории, просто кайф! Ротовирус не встретили и он нас тоже обошел стороной, не видели и не слышали в момент отдыха, что он у кого-то был. Уверенно ставлю 5* и вернулась бы еще раз в этот отель с удовольствием!

We were lucky with the weather, it was warm and there was no strong wind. The room is excellent, the cleaning and replenishment of the bar are daily. The food in the main restaurant is simply amazing, it will satisfy any gourmet. Italian and Turkish restaurants are also good. High-quality alcohol, very tasty white champagne. There were no problems with the quality of food and water)) The staff is friendly, friendly, attentive, unobtrusive, and I always wanted to remain grateful in return, so I advised you to stock up on small bills of $ 1,2,5, we changed them without problems on the spot in the shops and pharmacy. Since I have a problem with my eyesight, I want to share it. There is an Optician on site, where the wonderful Dr. Martin works. For people with vision problems, I strongly advise you not to pass by. I have been wearing progressive lenses for over 10 years, and anyone who wears them knows that high-quality thin lenses are quite expensive. By chance, in the middle of a vacation, I found myself in an optician and after talking with the doctor (he speaks Russian well), I ordered glasses, the production time is 3 days, the cost is 3 times cheaper than ours. My favorite hotel, I'm coming back with pleasure. I had a rest between 15.02-23.02 and 9.03-21.03. If you are thinking about where to go using the all-inclusive system, then this is only Xanadu. Large territory, friendly staff, any whims are solved quickly and delicately, starting from the door handle and ending with the replacement of dressing gowns. I take a room in the main building with access to the pool, I like to sit on the terrace near the water in the evening. I can't say which is better: The view of the desert is quieter and more peaceful, or the main pool, where it's more picturesque, but people walk more often. I advise you to start from the mood. There are several restaurants in Alaska, but the main restaurant has such great buffet breakfasts, lunches and dinners that they will satisfy any discerning gourmet with their choice. You can get around the territory by car. The beach is the first line, during my vacation I chose the beach only for one day, because it is no less convenient near the pool. There are two warm pools, the water is 22 and 29 degrees, and in hotter times the rest warm up to a comfortable temperature. The reviews write about rotavirus, we stayed here several times and there were no problems with the quality of food and water. If we are going to Egypt, then our choice is only in Xanadu P.S. the only thing I didn't like was the size and composition of the sheet, which is too short for these bed sizes, it pulls up and slides during sleep.

We had a rest from 21.10 to 28.10. We were very satisfied with the hotel and, in principle, the service. Everything is clean, a huge green area. Well maintained, lots of pools, bars nearby. The beach is cleared, the entrance is shallow, there is a reef nearby, you can admire the fish. the animation, the kids' club - I liked everything, the child went with joy, she didn't even want to go to the sea with us, but wanted to join the children - to sculpt from plasticine, bake cookies and dine on pizza and potatoes in the company of her peers. The biggest plus for us is nutrition. A confident top five with a variety of dishes, different fish, meat and delicious desserts. The children's menu is mostly steamed, such babies from 8 months to 1.5 months old eat about. And so the child of 2 years and 7 years old ate on the main adult menu. There were always soups for children, fresh fruit, incomparable processed cheeses with filling for breakfast, crispy French fries, and chicken and beef shawarma. Pastries: pizzas, meat pies, spinach for every taste in general. Lots of rice, potatoes. Delicious cooking of chicken and scrambled eggs for breakfast. Of course, the rooms in the main building may seem worn out and a little uncomfortable because of the tiles on the floor, but this is Egypt. There's sand all around. We had a family vacation on New Year's holidays from 02.01 to 09.01.2026. The hotel left an exceptionally positive impression. Before the trip, I read the reviews here and in various chat rooms on tg and was afraid of rotavirus, so I immediately stocked up on a wide range of medicines for all occasions at home. It worked like a charm: nothing was useful, although we tried different dishes, alcoholic drinks and non-alcoholic cocktails. During the week we managed to stay in two rooms in the main building. At first, we were accommodated in a room with a view of the desert, which I didn't really like the feeling of living on the outskirts. The next day, we had no problems after 3 p.m. we were changed to another room with access to our pool line and a view of one of the large pools. True, both were not heated during this period, but we did not need to, because we were lucky with the weather and enjoyed the sea during the day. You really need to keep warm in the evening. A hoodie was enough for my son and me, and a thin vest for my husband. On the sound insulation in the main building: nothing bothered us, we were tired during the day and slept soundly until morning. Maybe we just didn't pay attention to it) Small bills of 1-2 dollars were very useful for tips for waiters, bartenders, cleaners and porters. But the staff is friendly and without tea, they did not feel any other or less attentive attitude towards tourists from Russia. There are many activities for children. Our son went to football for 9 years, the children were gathered at the designated time in the lobby of the main building and taken along with the animator to the football field, which was at the other end of the hotel. There's a lot to tell. Of course, there are drawbacks. There was not enough seafood, but there was no shortage of salmon for breakfast. If it ended, then a new plate was brought in a couple of minutes later. The disadvantage for us is the dependence of the staff's attitude on tips. On the first day, we had a problem changing money, and sometimes we just forgot to take cash with us. As a result, we became "invisible"). There was a feeling that if you want the declared high class, you need to carry money with you all the time, which, in our opinion, does not go well with a comfortable stay. As a result, we never managed to feel welcome, rather, we always had the feeling that we owed each employee for every service. It was also noticeable that more attention was paid to Europeans. But even regular tips did not guarantee quality. We always left tips and chocolates for the cleaner, but in recent days he even stopped making figures out of towels) I can't appreciate the quality of cleaning: the shower was cleaned to a shine, but the floor in the room remained dirty. Several times we found a figurine made of a dirty towel on a clean bed. This is completely unacceptable to me. Fans of Turkey, let's say, and Egypt usually only heard positive reviews, but decided to check it out for themselves. What is Egypt in winter - while ours is -20, then at least the weather says 23 *, in fact, the sun is 30, or even more. A couple of times there was such a very strong breeze, but what is it for our people, it will spoil the rest or not, of course. Hotel and location: a giant hotel with a huge territory, many photo zones. If you don't like to walk like us, there are shuttles, they travel often and quickly, and there are many stops. In general, it takes 5-7 minutes on foot to the beach (with a visit to the bar a little longer). It is located in a bay, there are no corals here, but going into the sea is something to look for in Turkey, fine white sand and the beach itself is also sandy and clean, they are watching this. Food: The main restaurant is probably normal for Egypt, there is not much choice in kratzte, but there is everything you need. What is always there and in general that's all there is - 3 types of pasta, bulgur, potatoes, 2 soups, grilled vegetables, 3 types of beef and 3 types of chicken, and salads like everywhere else. The fish is fast-moving, local, and has never been seen red (there is an exception for breakfast, but you need to look for the pepper that puts it on). A cool cafe-bar on the beach, we mostly had lunch there. Until 3 p.m. there's a buffet, a mini version of the main restaurant, after 3 p.m. the menu is mostly fast food, it's shorter, the main thing is delicious. Bars: Excellent, lots of imports (I'll attach a photo of the bar), but keep in mind that on the beach and the beach cafe, of course, the balalaika is only local alcohol (but it's normal, not cold), good draft beer, I liked it even more than the canned one. Alcohol standards in the Laguna bar and lobby. Animation: The evening is very weak (I mean the show). It was boring and not interesting - for example: a cover band or regular dancing. And the animation during the day is very plentiful, the guys work well, they don't get turned off by people, as it happens, but on the contrary they get high. There are archery, volleyball, bocce, plenty of water aerobics, gymnastics, etc. I liked that they, on their own initiative, asked the management to do karaoke and they fucking did it ahah. Every evening, our hall was packed and everyone's favorite songs were shouted. Probably the best entertainment of the evening. Special thanks to Dana and Tarzan (the name was never understood, but he really screamed like Tarzan and called for activity ahah). Ala-card: we were in French - normal, I would even say quite tasty (although usually ala-cards are everywhere - G). PS. there are shrimps in it, we were just behind them. Pools: the largest one in the photo in the hotel cards is not working. But there are also 2 large warm pools, as usual they have Poles, Germans, etc. In general, there are a lot of Russians in the hotel, I would even say the majority (60-65%), the rest are European and local. Almost all the staff speaks Russian, or at least they can tell you where to go or who to contact. The service is just Turkish, everyone always comes up and brings either food or drinks. It's a very cool bonus that there's also an offic walking on the beach and constantly pumping you up ahah. Well, how can you resist, even if you don't have to walk, don't forget to give him tea, then it will be more active to come to you. As it is, the rest of the staff at the hotel does not expect tea, if you give it, thank you, no, that's fine, they don't treat it worse, it's checked).
