Why do you allow yourself such a service?! First, make or buy normal cards. Your current ones lead nowhere, and couriers are unable to look around at house numbers. Secondly, when will you set up quality control? Why do your couriers try to poke, be rude, and be impertinent, but eventually LEAVE WITHOUT HANDING OVER THE GOODS? Offended, you see. I don't need to be called. I need the product to be delivered to a specific address and given to me because I PAID FOR IT. If you are not able to build this simple process, just leave this market and that's it, don't take up space in vain.

Terrible service and not customer-oriented. If you get a cancellation at the restaurant, then the service fee that is charged for each product + delivery will not be refunded by Wolt. It turns out that we buy goods for 5000 tenge, service fee = 250 tenge. We put another similar product in the basket and the service fee increases and now = 350 tenge. Let's say you made a large order and added a lot of goods, but the restaurant canceled you and only 1 product arrived to you. You will be charged the service fee in full for all added items. That is, it turns out they take money for air. My order was canceled, and the money was returned only for 1 item. They kept the collection for themselves, of course. Arguing that they live on this money and make the service better. Although it's much better... A greedy company just steals money from people! I do not recommend using this service!
