Level 3 Local Expert

A great pick-up point, when I lived in that area, we went there all the time, the staff works fast, there is a lot of space. And most importantly, the staff went to a meeting, it was possible to inspect the goods and postpone it for a couple of days. Then come and pick it up. At the moment, I have moved to another area and it turns out that it is already a problem to inspect the goods, either receive or refuse. So I changed it to this point again, it's better to drive an extra couple of kilometers, but without nerves.

The employee was on the phone during customer service, refused to write out a receipt, referring to the fact that they were a non-official pick-up point, and did not explain anything else. We were extremely dissatisfied with this attitude. Not a foot in here anymore
