A pick-up point in a residential building. The room is small, so when there are a lot of people, you have to wait outside. The staff tries to work quickly and efficiently. Issues and problems are solved on the spot. There are booths for fitting clothes and a place for fitting shoes. Always clean and tidy

I ordered at this pick-up point for the first time and was completely disappointed in the service... I ordered white pants and a top in different colors for the event in order to match it live. There were 10 items. after fitting, I brought my things and put them on the table. things were accepted in a certain order for refusal, and I had to look for the codes myself. Suddenly, a PVZ employee (a woman with glasses and black hair) tried to convince me that one top was missing (due to the number of items). it turns out that she "accidentally" threw it into a pile of boxes (it is unclear why they are standing next to each other). They didn't react to the words of the police. With a combative attitude, I had to check the fitting room (after fitting there was nothing left) and only after that the employee realized that she would not be able to "screw up" and quickly punched through all the goods. Perseverance and vigilance helped me save money that I could have wasted. NAIVE AND INATTENTIVE PEOPLE SHOULD NOT ORDER FOR THIS PVZ
