The employee who served was a mentally unstable person with a high level of aggression, otherwise I cannot explain rudeness and screaming. Let me explain the situation: on 22.01 at about 13.50 I went to the PVZ, the order was scanned by an incompetent young man who could not issue a refusal, then a woman came up who gave me false information that books in the package could not be opened after I opened the package in front of her eyes, although it was impossible to open the pupyrka when I expressed my dissatisfaction The woman started yelling at me literally and wouldn't let me insert a single word.
