The boorish attitude of the staff, trying to prove that you are to blame from the moment you arrived I ordered a pair of tops, a skirt and sunglasses. Before the fitting, she showed a defect on the skirt, they agreed with me and everything seemed to be fine, but the worst started after leaving the fitting room. It started with sunglasses, the employee rudely proved to me that the plastic defect on the shackle was scratches that I made, not only did I not see any scratches there, but this lady also removed them before trying to prove my guilt to me. It's still understandable, but what started when I started returning clothes that didn't fit, she didn't want to return absolutely every item, referring to white spots (all clothes are black), only these spots are not visible until you look at the light, after I took things and just a couple of movements she removed these stains , she began to inspect things and try to find stains that were no longer there , but she still took the refund, took away the clothes that came up and the glasses that she did not want to accept, spent her time and nerves on a lady who thinks that everyone around is trying to deceive her

And they do everything with such a face, as if the people who have come to the point already owe them something. In any mass-market store, consultants are taught how to behave with customers, there is not even a banal "hello" here.
