The point itself is small, there is no table to properly deploy and check the goods, nor a full-fledged shop. A middle-aged employee, extremely unpleasant and boorish. The product ordered at the disposal does not allow unpacking (see the one that you will pick up!!!! I wonder if I want to choose between 2 products, what to do!!!) it issues packages with the question - for what?!

The service is at a good level. But, there are complaints about the porch. It's traumatic. It is necessary to install at least a small handrail. Because the steps are very high and there is no fence.

The pick-up point at 267B Bakharova St., Bobruisk, is not recommended to anyone. The hostess and her son are, to put it mildly, a separate story. Rudeness, rudeness and a complete lack of skills in working with people. Refunds are almost always not accepted: the employee regularly "finds" a marriage where there is none, rather than making a refund. There was an absurd case with my sister: she found fault with the glue on her sneakers, although this is normal even for original Nike shoes. As a result, she forced me to take the goods back. My situation is no better.: instead of a gray knitted bra, a white lace one came. The employee, looking at the product card in my phone, assured me that everything had arrived correctly — just not to make a refund. Another time, when accepting a refund, she turned the item inside out and began to find fault with the factory stitching, as if it were some kind of defect, and not a normal part of the product. Frequent comments, chuckles and disapproving glances about my orders, for example: "Oh, did you get into this dress? It won't fit my hand." Because of this "service", all my friends and I, who used to use this point, just stopped going there. I would like to wish the employee at least a little common sense and elementary education. Otherwise, with this approach to customers, it won't be long before the sign on the door announcing the closure of the point and the announcement of the sale of premises on Kufara. Good luck to all!
