I made an order consisting of three dresses, headphones and three sets of paper towel holders. One set was ordered by mistake and I decided to immediately refuse when issuing it. For the headphones, which I also haven't checked yet. When I asked why they withdrew the money, because I hadn't checked anything yet, they first pretended not to hear me, and then completely referred to it as a glitch on my Internet. After that, I asked if I hand over the goods, will I get a refund? He said yes, they will definitely return it. And so, a day later, I went into my personal account. And it shows me that I bought this holder. As a result, I was left without money and without goods. The guy works very poorly
