The PVZ is not bad, the location is convenient, there are almost no queues. The staff is slow, but polite. But there is one big problem, absolutely every product is "delayed". I have almost never arrived on time, although I order something more often than once a week) although it is clear that the product is already in the PVZ, they just haven't had time to unsubscribe and accept it yet)

The employee refused to issue an order 12 minutes before closing, arguing that I had ordered clothes. I had literally 1 item of clothing and I was going to buy it back without trying it on, because I realized that there was little time before closing, I was not going to arrange a fitting there. They literally told me to come back tomorrow and refused to give it to me. It was a disgusting feeling, I could have picked it up at that time, it happened, but they literally sent me out the door. 2 stars only for past successful experiments with this pvz, because the feeling is 0 stars.

A normal pick-up point, there aren't many queues. But if you write that the break is 20 minutes, specify the exact time. And what's the point of writing a phone number if it's not being answered/busy/unavailable?
