On 24.01.2026, we came to pick up the order for Wildberries (mirrors). At the time of receipt, when we were already putting the boxes in the car, we noticed that the last box is damaged. After the autopsy, it turned out that the mirror inside was broken. The employee said that the product had already been accepted in damaged condition, but no one had warned us about this. When we tried to solve the problem, we received very rude and rude treatment, as well as a shocking response . They said they were not obligated to report if the product was broken. No apologies, no attempts to solve the problem. We will never use this pickup point again, and we also do not recommend it to others.
