The room is not ice, the service staff thinks too highly of themselves, there is nowhere to even throw the garbage from the packaging of the goods, the boorish dude at the delivery says take your garbage and take it out of here, a very unpleasant aftertaste remains after visiting this pick-up point

Excellent pick-up point . Polite staff, always ready to help with the problem. Which is very important to me .. There are 3 fitting rooms and plenty of space , you can go to a large table and unpack the goods there or leave them while you measure things, it's trivial to put bags, a motorcycle helmet)

The point is good, but there is a big BUT. The work of the employees. They don't give orders until they accept refunds from the previous customer, when asked how long to wait, the answer is until I accept all refunds and close the cards (and so on all the time, there are no queues, but you always wait, it's good when there's one refund, but today the employee was packing 4 refunds and had to wait for the previous person to check more goods and maybe something will be returned, I had to leave without my purchase). With this kind of work, before the holidays, when there is a large flow of parcels, there will be kilometer-long queues.
