Previously, excellent staff worked, polite and uncritical, how many times do I encounter the problem that a girl finds marriage absolutely everywhere (even if she doesn't want to take back the goods), she finds fault with everything. It's very annoying on the part of the employee, it's also impossible to fight with her every time because of any nonsense. I've never seen a product viewed in such detail and found a flaw in absolutely everything. Is it really necessary to walk around with a magnifying glass and look at every little thing?

Beautiful girls used to work. Now they are just disgusting young ladies who not only do not greet, but are literally rude every time they visit the pick-up point. As long as I don't come, I have a constant boorish attitude and conflicts. They're making a scandal out of basic problems. I checked the goods several times without leaving the camera, the girl refused to take the goods back. They constantly find some absolutely stupid reasons not to return the product. I no longer know how to communicate with them so that there is no conflict! Rude, disgusting, attitude, not to mention "customer-oriented". It feels like a tub of dirt is being poured on you every time you come to pick something up... it's just awful. I constantly hear how a girl is in conflict with other clients, if not with me, then she is fighting with someone else! Change the staff urgently, or the whole area will stop visiting this pick-up point!

I have been visiting this point since its opening. Beautiful girls have always worked. And what is happening now?? Rude, discontented, with an arrogant look. I came to pick up the goods and checked for defects. I listened to several comments from the employee during the fitting, which were inappropriate and very rude. There was a phrase "I won't accept this product if you try it on like that" (I didn't put a mat under my feet before trying on shoes). The product didn't fit, I returned it. The employee saw the small dots and did not accept the product. I understand that the WB has tightened its conditions when returning the product after fitting. But this does not give any right to treat people so rudely! This was my last visit to this point. Management - take action.
