I arrived at the PVZ on December 28.There was an announcement about the technical break.But two inadequate women knocked on the doors and demanded to open the door.The ad was right in front of them, but they probably couldn't read it.An employee came out and showed an ad, but they began to insult her and demand to let them in.When they were criticized for their behavior, they were threatened with writing negative reviews.I feel very sorry for the PVZ employee who tried to calm them down.People like them should be blocked and not serviced at all.I really sympathize with the employees.And the item itself is very good.It's always clean, good service, wonderful staff, they'll always help you figure things out.Have patience with them.

I came to pick up the goods, they gave me only a part. For the rest, they said that the goods arrived only today and could not be given out (not sorted). I couldn't pick up some of the goods, according to the employee. I was offered to come back tomorrow and pick up everything, and I agreed. When I arrived the next day, it turned out that the employee had canceled all my items! There were gifts for the man who was leaving in two days.. My frustration cannot be conveyed;( I always make concessions to the staff, but it's just a mess. Always check in the app what the employee has done with your products. Apparently they hire people who don't understand which buttons to press in the program(((
