I come here a lot, usually everything is fine. But the new employee looks at you as if she's doing you a favor by bringing the order, and you should bow to her for the refund. I have a thought not to come here anymore. And this is taking into account the fact that I returned 1 out of 3 items. It's scary to imagine what happens with more orders.

We tried on shoes today. We chose two of the three pairs and decided to take them away. The PVZ employee inattentively returned the goods, thereby making three refunds. When asked to do something, she replied that she could not help in any way since the refund had already been issued. How is this even possible?????? Why is the PVZ employee so irresponsible about his work??? There is no service due to such employees.
