The location is convenient for me. I won't write anything bad. Maybe customers should pay attention to their behavior and manner of conversation?

There is a new employee at the PVZ, Goshkevich 22. The man was wearing a turquoise T-shirt. He is rude and blatantly lying to his face. 2 items were ordered, the first one was brought to me, the second one was searched for half an hour. I opened the first package, everything is fine, I say, write it off. Next, I went to measure shorts (the second product). I go out and say that I'm also taking it, write it off. I took the first product for myself, I say give it back. He: you said it was refundable, I won't give it back. That is, he made a mistake, I say reconsider what I said on the cameras. To which the man replied that I was telling fairy tales. I suggested that he call to clarify, since the product is on the PVZ and I want to pick it up. What was refused to me👍 raised all my nerves

The staff is great, but the place is terrible. Very little space, two miserable fitting rooms, curtains are narrower than the opening itself)) It is very cold and damp. It's hard for me to imagine how people work in such conditions!
