There was an unpleasant aftertaste after contacting this pick-up point. The service is very poor, especially regarding defective items. Instead of calmly accepting the goods and helping with the registration, everything happens with dissatisfaction and unnecessary difficulties. For the client, it looks like a complete unwillingness to solve the problem.
