I’ve never written a negative review before, but this situation has pushed me beyond my limit. There is one particular staff member at this Wildberries pickup point-Nairi Zaryan 21, who continues to act in a completely unprofessional and disrespectful manner. This is not the first time I’ve had a negative encounter with her, but this time was simply unacceptable. I was picking up a personal order that involved private items. I felt uncomfortable opening it in front of others, which has never been a problem before at any other Wildberries location — staff usually respect personal space. However, this employee started raising her voice, making aggressive comments, and demanding things that were absolutely not her place to demand. She escalated the situation for no reason, humiliated me in front of other customers, and even started speaking to me in a rude and degrading way. It was so inappropriate and unprofessional that I seriously considered calling the police. No one deserves to be treated like this when picking up a package. I hope Wildberries takes this complaint seriously. Employees like this damage the reputation of your brand. I genuinely enjoy using Wildberries, but if such behavior continues to be tolerated, I will be forced to stop.
