I am changing the review from a positive mark to the worst one. The reason is a very friendly and legally competent employee. It would be necessary not to shine with knowledge, but to provide all possible assistance to customers with a smile on your face, and if you have a desire to prove yourself as an expert in another field, do it in such a way that you are thanked.

I give it four stars because it's a nice, neat item with a geolocation that's convenient for me. The employee's work leaves much to be desired. This is the second time when I come to pick up an order (there was a notification that arrived this morning), she says that the delivery was this morning and she still cannot issue my order because it is not on the shelf, arguing that she does not close for acceptance to issue other orders. To be honest, when ordering at other pick-up points, I have not seen this. It has always been the case that if a notification has arrived, then the product can already be picked up. It's not even about the work of the pick-up point, but about the reaction of the PVZ employee to the fact that I came as soon as I received an SMS. She said, "You all run away as soon as the notification arrives!" Even though I arrive at a convenient time for me, on my way from or to work. The girl was psychotic, having gone to the back room, she kicked an empty box with her foot. Fortunately, my order was found and I was given it on time, thanks for that. But after such communication, the staff had no desire to order at this point.

Disgusting pvz employee. For an order of only 9 items, he rolls his eyes and says, "Oh my God." There is the same reaction to refunds, despite the fact that I arrived at 10:15 (!!) in the morning, and not during rush hour. Also, during the refund, he continues to serve new customers at the same time, as a result, the refund stretches instead of two minutes for all ten. I've never seen anything like this before, to be honest, in order to motivate me for such a review, I still need to try.
