Terrible experience with the PVZ at 14 Trade Union Street! We received and checked the product — everything is perfect, no stains or defects. And when returning, the employee began to assert the opposite: they say, there are stains, buy them back and issue a refund for the marriage. It feels like the goal is to force them to buy at any cost. I do not recommend this pick-up point!

The website shows the opening hours from 10.00 to 21.00. The employee came to pick up the order at 19.35 in front of my nose and hung a piece of paper on the door with a marker saying "tech break" 19.35-19.50. The employee refused my request to issue an order, referring to software updates. If you need perera, then specify them in the operating mode. The sediment remained. I will not send any more orders there.
