When I came to pick up the order, the employee at the pick-up point was busy with some business of her own. When I politely asked if she was going to scan the QR code for the delivery of the goods, I received a rude answer.: "I work here alone, don't bother me." After that, I had to wait for about 2-3 minutes until she was free from her work. I consider this attitude to clients unacceptable. Instead of normal service, there is annoyance and disrespect. I advise others not to visit this pick-up point, so as not to encounter the same unpleasant experience.
