Sarcastic moralizing ("you can try things on in the store") and psychological pressure ("say in front of the security camera that you refuse to pick up this product"). Many times I noticed from the outside at this PVZ communication of a similar tone of these employees towards other visitors, but, unfortunately, this time it affected me too.

I came on 03.01.26,an elderly woman works,she's rude,if there's any kind of refusal,she doesn't hesitate to speak and be indignant,why do you order so much if you don't pick it up,I ordered 3 products of which I refused 1 because it didn't match the photo in the picture, she didn't hesitate to be indignant. - why order at all if you don't pick it up and there were further unpleasant words and after that I already left, I recommend talking and having a conversation or firing you, I won't go to this point anymore, it's just awful,no competence
