I very rarely use this pick-up point, only when I come to visit my parents. And in all my visits, something happens every time. Constantly dissatisfied employees, it's unpleasant to come in, today they kicked boxes of goods in front of me, the specialist did not say hello, did not look at the visitor at all, was insanely busy with nothing, the goods were roughly placed on the counter one-on-one, could fall out of his hands several times, folded so that he fell off the counter. The previous time the product arrived, it was also dropped, and the employee became hysterical at a polite request. Despite the fact that there are no queues, it feels disgusting, I'd rather walk further from home than tolerate such an attitude.

A new, clean and cozy pick-up point. I was very pleased with the children's area. The staff of the point, so far only served by the girl Polina and the guy Anton, always greet me with a smile and treat me and my little child with respect. They are happy to communicate and answer all your questions. They work quickly and accurately. There is never a queue. Now this is my favorite pick-up point. There are no disadvantages.

Positive : The queues are very small, good people work here, and they accept refunds quickly. Minuses : The doors are hard to open, there are a lot of smoking people on the bench nearby as there are a lot of companies in that building
