I was not allowed to check the electric heater, they argued that the time to check the electrical equipment at their PVZ is 10 seconds. I am very interested in where such a time interval for checking electrical equipment is indicated. According to the instructions, the electric awning of the heater is heated for 2 minutes.

Excellent pick-up point. All the staff are friendly and try to serve the customers as quickly as possible. Everything is fine, I recommend it. There have never been any complaints.

A very unpleasant experience at the pick-up point. There were spiders on the entrance, ceiling and walls — and not just one or two, but a whole invasion! It feels like the room has not been cleaned for a long time and the sanitary condition is not controlled. Picking up the order was just scary — not to mention that it raises serious safety and hygiene issues. PVZ employees, please pay attention to the storage conditions and cleanliness of your points. This attitude towards clients is unacceptable.
