Good afternoon! Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this delivery point. The service leaves much to be desired — the staff work too slowly, which causes significant inconvenience to customers. A particularly negative impression was made by one of the employees, who allowed himself to communicate on the "you" with clients, despite his obvious youth and lack of professional experience. This is completely inappropriate and indicates a low level of corporate culture. I hope the management will take measures to improve the service and increase the level of interaction with customers.
