Great location. On the downside: long queues during rush hours (but it's everywhere). Another disadvantage: they allow themselves to arrange the reception of goods in the evening, collecting huge queues of people who want to receive their orders. Once they just hung a note on the door and had to wait outside for 20 minutes.

On November 11, an employee was rude to a visitor in front of me, refused to give her a complaint book, and only after demanding a complaint book did she start talking normally. She forced several people to buy back the goods without marriage. I know perfectly well that she was alone on the shift, because instead of handing out the goods, she called her friend and started complaining loudly about it, ignoring the queue that stood right in front of her, because she was behind the counter where the codes are scanned. She was rude to all the customers and did her job poorly.

The pick-up point has become very bad, especially with the arrival of one employee. Every time, people are rude and unhappy. I recently picked up an order, they refused to return it, and they were almost looking for a marriage under a magnifying glass. I tried to return it through my personal account and they refused, because after providing photos and videos, no defects were found, although it was already visible with my eyes, and plus, according to the law of the Russian Federation, the thing is not refundable after the ransom (underwear), I think the employees are well aware of this. The money was wasted, the thing is in the closet. There is terrible dirt at the very point and occasionally there is a child who also issues orders. The point is next to the house, which is very convenient, but I won't go any more.
