Not the best wildberries item by far. Firstly, there is always a huge crowd, it is rarely possible to quickly pick up your order without standing in a huge queue. Secondly, there are problems with maintaining cleanliness, especially in winter, now there are puddles of mud, wet cardboard boxes on the floor. Thirdly, the staff checks the returned items, like a rare police search, and in general they are not particularly polite. I go there solely because of the proximity to home, the only advantage of this item for me.

I waited for my order for an hour, there were a lot of people, there were 2 people in the warehouse, only one girl served (as if she wasn't very experienced, I don't know), she walks on the phone, sings songs, I understand that it's hard to work, but you can be more responsible about work.... Every time the team changes, everyone is unhappy . They wrote off the money for the product and said, "Oh, I thought you left ." If people are new and not experienced , they need to be trained and stand over them and help them.

I've always been pleased with this pick-up point.I came to pick up some goods today.I was given only half of them, and the rest is either rejected or wait indefinitely.And the product is no longer in stock to reject them.We didn't warn you in advance!I had to sit and wait for a long time.
