Today, for the first time, I visited this PVZ in Slutsk on Chekhov 41/1. And it was a very unpleasant experience. I just came to pick up the order. As a result, I lost time, nerves and mood. The room is small and dirty. Everything looks unkempt, and orders are in disarray. The employee searched for my orders for a long time. At first, I found only a part. I searched for the rest for several minutes. I had to wait for her to collect the entire order. Then a simple situation arose. I was processing a partial waiver and wanted to make sure that the external package matched the correct order. This is important so as not to confuse the goods and so that another customer does not receive someone else's item. I asked the employee to check. It takes a second. She refused and said it was too much work. After my persistent request, she started behaving rudely. She said she didn't care if I complained. She also refused to check immediately and said she would do so only after serving other customers. I had to wait extra. As a result, the check was completed. Everything turned out to be correct. During work, the employee was distracted by watching videos. One of the clients was waiting for her to finish. Such behavior and attitude to work are unacceptable. I do not recommend this pick-up point.

I was glad that the pick-up point had finally opened in our area. I came for the first time and took the order. I was satisfied with the polite employee, BUT when I decided to order 2 times, I really regretted it later. I came to pick up the order, the product did not fit us, I decided to make a refund, to which 2 other employees replied to me that the product corresponds to the one I ordered and where I looked when ordering. There was no limit to my indignation. The result is that they still made a refund, but they pretty much ruined the mood. After this "pleasant" situation, I decided to return to my favorite pick-up point on Lenin 221a, where the staff are polite, friendly and never treat the client rudely.
