New WB pick-up point. It opened quite recently, there is no finishing yet, but it's not a big deal. A nice, spacious room with changing rooms and mirrors. The staff is young and courteous, they work quickly. I think everyone understands that starting something now is very difficult. I wish success and prosperity to this point. It's very convenient for me personally.

We came here three times, and each time the girl on the issue shows her irritation and dissatisfaction from scratch. One time, the payment of the goods had to wait a little bit, because she was very busy with some kind of packaging, and was in no hurry to make the payment. At the same time, there were no people in the room. Another time, she answered questions with obvious displeasure. The third time, I didn't want to accept the product after fitting, because it was supposedly defective. At the same time, the goods were previously inspected for defects upon receipt in front of the cameras, and were in good condition. But along the entire length of the clothes there were lines and, as it were, pellets that correspond to the model of clothing, which for some reason were regarded by the girl as a marriage. As a result, the goods were accepted back, as she said "at her own risk," but the woman in front of me did not accept the goods, also referring to the alleged marriage. Hopefully, similar situations won't happen again. After that, I have no desire to come here. You can also be more friendly and friendly to customers.
