Не первый раз заказываем товар . Отношение сотрудников ужасное особенно сотрудница Ануфриева .. При отказе от товара старается найти дефект даже фабричный (двойная строчка швов) и обвинять покупателей в этом. Руководителю советую поменять сотрудников пункта выдачи на добросовестных и порядочных.
