We were at the pick-up point, the disgusting attitude of the staff towards the buyer. The employee refused to give her name, apparently she does not want to be responsible. They are accused of substitution of goods, when asked to check the cameras, the staff refused and immediately wrote off the money. The request to resolve the conflict with the administrator was also refused. Please take action, we won't just let this go. I also missed a woman with a jacket at home, where the size did not match the label, the girl at the checkpoint said be careful. She refused to accept the product because the picture was slightly different from the product card. Question to the administration: if there are rules, why aren't they followed equally for everyone?

A terrible experience interacting with an employee of this point. Complete lack of professionalism. Boorish and indifferent attitude, talking through clenched teeth; constant sighs when questions come in. The employee not only ruined the impression of a successful purchase, but also undermined the reputation of the entire network. I got the impression that the man hates his job and his clients. I will no longer use the services of a specific pick-up point and I advise everyone I know to avoid I hope the management will pay attention to the quality of service and make personnel decisions.

This pick-up point completely destroys any joy from the purchase. You will waste your nerves, time and get a portion of rudeness in addition. The owner company should urgently think about who they trust to communicate with customers. I will never come back here again, and I advise everyone to do the same. I ordered for the first time and (last) at this pick-up point!!! Disgusting work of the staff!! Either the product was not found, or it was returned without my knowledge!! I arranged courier delivery on 29.09, as a result, the delivery was canceled(although there are couriers on this website). I think, well, OK. The application said "pick up the goods at the pick-up point." The next day I arrive (30.09), and they tell me there is no product!That's how you say it can be? The product has already been paid for (the courier cannot be ordered without payment)!! In the end, it was only with the help of tech support that I got my money back. And also, this PVZ in the application systematically deletes all negative comments, leaving only positive ones (they obviously write them to themselves). I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! Please take appropriate measures... IT'S TIME TO CLOSE THEM!

They gave her the order, she went to the locker room, unpacked there, looked, saw a small screed, she didn't like it and decided not to take it. And how would the camera notice a marriage in the form of a small tie on the leggings? According to your logic, if people spoil the goods, she could unpack under the cameras, go to the locker room there, make this screed, say that she unpacked under the cameras and that's it. The product is damaged and your ego is not hurt. Stupid rules. One star, and we won't come here anymore. Let people also think about how unfairly people are treated in this regard.
