The employee at the pick-up point informed me with a smile, first at 2 p.m. that she couldn't find my fully paid order and I needed to come back later, and then at 7 p.m., with the same smile, she informed me that it was "unrealistic" to find it. I don't think anyone was looking for anything. I hope that the money will be returned to my card. This is not the first such situation. The service here is always very strange and the staff is the same. The truthfulness of positive reviews is hard to believe. Problems with warehouse logistics should definitely not concern the customer. There were 2 items in the order. Update: I didn't go for a long time, went to another one, noticed that the staff had been updated. I came in today and was forced to buy back a defective product that did not fit me, with a microscopic scratch that I did not notice upon inspection. And now I have to wait to see if my refund is approved. Now everything is exactly the same with this item, as with the WB)))

The staff was changed, the previous girls were friendly and sociable, this one seemed to be forced to go there under guns. Neither "hello" nor "goodbye", with a face as dead as possible, as if it was me who should serve her when I arrive. In the beginning, I greeted and smiled, but when I'm not only not greeted, but also not answered, it's the edge. I strongly recommend replacing an employee or teaching her to treat customers kindly, because such service is a horror. If it had been a couple of times, OK, you can refer to a bad day, we are all human beings, we understand everything, but not every time.
