The guy with the long hair who works is great, finds everything, does everything quickly. Surely it brings a good profit to the employer with the number of orders that it manages to work out. With him, even during the evening rush hours, everything is very fast. The problem is that a girl has also recently started working there. Always unhappy. He often can't find a package in his 2 drawers. Terribly slow. During rush hours, if you are the 2nd in line, you can spend up to half an hour at the pick-up point, and because of this, you lose motivation to order anything at all. I really ask the owner of the pick-up point to analyze the situation and the number of processed orders depending on the employee and fire this girl.

At the PEAK time, everything is very disorganized - a complete mess at the pick-up point. The employees are quite young and clearly have no experience working with customers / customers / people - they are fussy, not stressful at all - they "freak out" a lot, inattentive to each other (employees do not seek to help each other), but they are not rude to customers and are quite friendly. Given the small area, it still needs to install high-quality computer devices and scans (they often hang, do not work), add a place for customers to check the quality of the goods (very closely, with the requirement to "check quality control in the presence of an employee") and figure out a certain procedure for accepting goods / its correct placement in warehouses and clear organized delivery.
