The employee decided to get to the changed color of the fabric, which, upon detailed inspection under a magnifying glass, you will not find, since they turned it two hundred times to figure out where it is. It turned out to be an ordinary factory defect, where the fabric itself is like that. She refused to take it. During the further conversation, she was rude, did not provide either the complaint book or her information (as if just a left-wing person came, poked the goods at us and left), or the information of the management to resolve this issue. During the conversation, she dropped the phrase: "You're going to talk like that, now I'll just write it off and that's it" - ?. She wasn't going to accept it anyway, what kind of nonsense was that? So besides that, after (in the personal account) it was discovered that she did not give us one product at all and did not even tell us about it, but simply canceled it, because it was not there during the fitting. So much for the employee's job. In general, the horror. Although it used to be that you come, and this employee is always sitting with a dissatisfied face, wearing headphones.
