When there was a severe frost, which has not been typical for our country for a long time, I got lost in time and found myself 10-15 minutes before the opening. Pulling the handle and realizing my mistake, I began to frantically figure out where to go to warm up, because standing even for such a short period of time at -20 °C seemed like a bad idea to me. And then the door opens and the employee kindly invites me inside, saying: don't freeze, come in. A simple human act caused a storm of positive emotions and good mood. In terms of service, I would add, the staff is friendly and helpful. When I had doubts about making a refund, the employee kindly offered her help.
