I was at the pick-up point on 18a Normandie-Neman Street on Saturday afternoon. There was no queue, the employee immediately greeted, polite, quickly found the order by code, checked the integrity of the packaging. The fitting room has good lighting and a large mirror — you can immediately see how the clothes fit. The terminal worked smoothly, it took 5-7 minutes. Clean and tidy. I am very happy with the pick-up point and close to home.

The pick-up point ruined the whole impression of him. The order could not be found. Half of the time was used to serve other customers, and not to search for my order, although I was limited in time. I stayed at the PVZ for more than 20 minutes, as a result, the order was not found and notified that there would be a refusal. Everything is very sad!!!
