Firstly, the PVZ lacks the necessary infrastructure. There is not a single urn near the entrance, which is very inconvenient for customers. Secondly, when I asked an employee to throw away an empty bottle, she replied rudely: "Throw it away wherever you want, but not here. I don't come to your house to throw out the trash." This is completely unacceptable. Such an attitude towards customers not only spoils the impression of the service, but also creates a negative opinion about the entire company. I hope that the administration will take measures to improve conditions for customers, install an urn near the entrance and instruct employees on the ethics of communication.
